Description
Nuclear Dynamics
a. Chromosome packaging and structure.
b. Trans-allelic phenomena. (Transvection, Paramutation, Repeat-induced point mutation,
Parental Imprinting, X-chromosome inactivation, long-range chromatin interactions).
c. Chromosome territories, sub-nuclear compartments.
d. Imaging techniques to study gene localization and expression.
